IBD Dip & Sculpt Base

Formulated with calcium and vitamin E to add strength to the natural nail. Formulated to adhere to the nail and absorb the right ratio of powder.

Application:

1. Apply a layer to the entire nail and dip into the desired shade of Dip & Sculpt powder and dust off the excess. 2. Repeat the above step and then apply the Step 3 Activator. 3. To open the bottle easily, clean the neck of the bottle with acetone. Do not allow the solvent to get into the bottle.
