IBD Dip & Sculpt Activator

The brush-on activator is used to “cure” the powder mixture to create a strong, permanent nail reinforcement.

Application:

1. Apply a coat to the entire nail and let it dry. 2. File and shape the nail and apply another coat of Activator and let it dry. 3. Then seal with Step 4 Sealer.
