IBD Clear Soft Gel Tips conform perfectly to the nail from the cuticle to the free edge. The tips are made of soft gel and, like the soak-off formulas, can be easily removed with acetone. Comfortable and lightweight for easy wear. IBD Soft Gel Tips can extend nails for up to 4 weeks. They are best adhered to the natural nail using IBD Clear Gel Adhesive, Building Gel or Dual Builder Gel.

Application:

Prepare Soft Gel Tip:
1 Adjust the size of the tip to the nail. Make sure the tip covers the entire nail bed from one side to the other. If you are between sizes, choose a larger size and file it down so the soft gel tip fits perfectly.
2 Apply a thin layer of IBD PowerBond to the inside of the softgel tip. Apply only along the length of the natural nail.

Applying the softgel tip:
1 Push back and remove overgrown cuticles using a cuticle pusher. If necessary, use cuticle nippers to trim off excess.
2 Carefully remove the shine from the natural nail with a fine nail file or buffer block.
3 Dust the nail surface.
4 Apply IBD Dehydrate followed by IBD PowerBond.
5 Apply a thin layer of IBD Building Gel to the natural nail and cure for 30 seconds under the LED lamp or 1 minute when using a UV lamp.
6 Apply a thin layer of IBD Builder Gel to the inside of the softgel tip. Apply it only along the length of the natural nail.
7 Place the softgel tip onto the natural nail, gently pressing the tip from the cuticle to the free edge to squeeze out any air bubbles between the natural nail and the softgel tip. If you don't have enough product, remove the tip and add more. If there is too much product, wipe off the excess before moving on to the next step.
8 Continue applying pressure and allow the gel to cure for 15 seconds under the LED lamp or 45 seconds when using a UV lamp.
9 When all nails are done, cure under LED lamp for 30 seconds or 2 minutes if using UV lamp.
10 Remove excess IBD Building Gel on the softgel tip with a file.
11 Buff the entire nail with a fine file or buffing block.
12 Dust off nails.
13 Apply your favorite IBD polish or gel polish and top coat.
